I think these are home "improvements" but improvements is a very subjective term. Regardless, here's what I've been up to the past few months on our house:

I really like what you did with the bench/shoe rack and hooks. Where did you get that bench? Did you make it? Do you actually sit on it, or is it just for the shoes? Beautiful chandelier, too.
Yea Molly! I am so glad that you commented on my blog because it reminded me to check yours and see what the Richards family has been up to. I've added you to my blog roll so I can see when you update. I love the house - you guys did a GREAT job. Let's switch houses for a week and I'll come watch the kids while you, Spencer (and apparently your dad) come and fix up mine. ha ha. :)
